MULTILAYER CERAMIC CAPACITORS

Hi Rel Multilayer ceramic capacitors - Prong Lead
Eclipse NanoMed manufactures  a  line  of  high  reliability,  specialty leaded  COG  /  X7R  ceramic  capacitors,  which  are  intended  for  those applications   where   product   may   be   exposed   to   a   high   vibration environment and where there may be concerns over exposure to thermal and  /  or  mechanical  shock  during  a  typical  installation  process  or operating  conditions.  Product  receives  100%  Group  A  inspection  in accordance  with  the  latest  revision  of  MIL-PRF-49470  or  MIL-PRF-49467 depending on voltage rating. 
These  capacitors  employ  our  unique  four  point  lead  to  board  contact configuration, our leading edge dielectric materials and are manufactured using a proprietary high temperature  lead  attach  process  that  can withstand 
continuous
 exposure to temperatures in excess of +300°C.
 Typical  applications  for  X7R  capacitors  include  decoupling,  by-pass, filtering, transient  voltage  suppression,  blocking  and   energy  storage.  COG  /  NPO  capacitor  applications  include  precision  timing  circuits,  RF oscillators  and   other   precision    circuitry   requiring   low   loss,   stable performance.  Given their extremely low ESR and ESL, ceramic capacitors are generally  the   device  of  choice  at  higher  frequencies  applications where these parameters become more critical.
